Two Letting Packages 

Green Door Lettings are looking for Landlords who are wanting good solid tenants for their properties in Kirkham, Poulton Le Fylde, Blackpool, Lytham St Annes ,Cleveleys and surrounding Fylde Coast Areas. We offer two letting packages to landlord with up-to-date tenant referencing , credit checking and Client Id tools to help you find the perfect tenant for your property .Our referencing is carried out through LETSURE


 Package 1: from only £495 no Vat

  • A Property letting valuation giving you comparable rents of properties in similar areas
  • Advice on how as best to present your property in a competitive rental market to achieve the best rent wherever possible
  • Advertising through Zoopla and Prime Location and other Media Networks
  • Erection of a To Let board and accompanied viewing
  • Emailed notification of viewing and feedback
  • Full referencing of tenants including credit checks Tenant Id checks Employment referencing / Personal referencing / Accountants if Self Employed . Limited Company checks . ( copies of references are available on request ). Our referencing is carried out through LETSURE
  • Full written/photographic inventory check of the condition of the property prior to a tenant moving in including meter readings (gas/electric/water where applicable)
  • A tenancy agreement drawn up with specific attainments to a specific landlords requirements
  • Notification to Utilities and Council re new tenants and meter readings where applicable
  • Lodging of Tenants bond within the DPS (DEPOSIT PROTECTION SCHEME) we do not hold our tenants bonds so we do not have client money protection .
  • Copies of all paper work attaining to the tenancy inc full inventory / tenancy/ invoice / new tenants contact details
  • At the end of the tenancy advice can be given as to the handling of the bond and any deductions deemed necessary .

 Package 2: from £195 plus 10% pcm + NO VAT

  • Erection of a To Let board and accompanied viewing
  • Emailed notification of viewing and feedback
  • Full referencing of tenants including credit checks Tenant Id checks, Employment referencing / Personal referencing / Accountants if Self Employed . Limited Company checks .Our referencing is carried out through LETSURE
  • Full written/photographic inventory check of the condition of the property prior to a tenant moving in including meter readings (gas/electric/water where applicable)

  • Notification to Utilities and Council re new tenants and meter readings where applicable

  • All dealings with Green Door Lettings the tenants will liaise through ourselves to any problems ascertained throughout the tenancy
  • All rent paid directly to us then Bacs transferred to the landlord after fees are deducted and any further remunerations (which will have been discussed and agreed to prior to any works carried out unless in extreme emergency)
  • An initial 1st month inspection then a quarterly inspection there on .
  • We have a full maintenance team who can deal with any issues arising during a tenancy inc Gas engineers general handymen and electrician .
  • At the end of the tenancy a full inspection / move out report will be carried out including photographs we will liaise with all parties prior to move out to determine the tenants bond return .
